In September of 1988, All Season’s Florist was opened by owner Barb Vance. In 1989, her sister Laura joined her in operating the family-owned business. All Season’s is still the go-to florist in Shinnston, WV and surrounding areas for floral arrangements, home decor, and seasonal plants.
